Email support

josh@claimdoula.com

Include your account email and a short description such as “cannot sign in,” “insurer connection failed,” or “claim amount looks wrong.” Do not include claim numbers, member IDs, diagnoses, insurer passwords, authorization codes, screenshots of health records, or other sensitive information in ordinary email.

Insurer connection help

  • Sign in only on the insurer’s own page opened by ClaimDoula.
  • Never email ClaimDoula an insurer password, one-time code, or API credential.
  • If Settings says authorization expired, choose the insurer’s sign-in or refresh action.
  • If the insurer does not offer all people, plans, or claims through its API, ClaimDoula will preserve the available evidence and label the limitation.

Questions about a claim

Use the claim details inside the authenticated app first. If something appears incorrect, contact the insurer or provider to verify the source record before paying a bill, missing a deadline, changing coverage, or filing an appeal. ClaimDoula provides informational help and is not medical, legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice.

Privacy and account requests

For access, correction, consent, privacy, or account-deletion requests, email from your account address. See the privacy policy and data deletion instructions.

Report a security concern

Email josh@claimdoula.com with the subject “ClaimDoula security report.” Describe the affected page or feature without including credentials, tokens, or another person’s information. Do not probe or access data beyond what is necessary to report the issue.

Emergencies and urgent deadlines

ClaimDoula is not an emergency service and email is not continuously monitored. Call 911 or the appropriate emergency service for immediate help. For an insurance appeal, payment, enrollment, or coverage deadline, contact the insurer, plan administrator, provider, or a qualified professional directly.
